High Criteria Inc., is a privately held corporation established in 1998. High Criteria is headquartered in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, just outside of the City of Toronto.

High Criteria Inc is a recognized leader in the development of PC based audio recording software. Among its other offerings, High Criteria also provides Total Recorder, which allows users to record streaming audio from players such as Real Player and Windows Media Player.
