Purchase Phone-In Buddy Software and a Dialogic Voice Card A software license for Phone-In Buddy and a Dialogic Voice Card (internal) may be purchased from High Criteria, to allow users to run Phone-In Buddy on a PC supplied by the user. In such cases, the user is responsible for installing the software and the voice card on the user supplied PC. The PC to be used with Phone In Buddy must:
Phone-In Buddy software license prices relate to the number of supported telephone lines and user definitions. Below, you will find a cross reference table of supported lines and users and the associated prices. The cost of a standard Dialogic voice card, with the appropriate number of telephone connections, is included in the prices. All purchase prices for Phone-In Buddy include an additional license for Transcription Buddy, Recorder Edition, our PC based transcription software, a $49.95 US value.
The purchase price includes ground shipping of the Dialogic card. Once a purchase is complete, your software license information will be emailed to you instantly. Users should feel comfortable installing internal cards into their PCs, or they should have the Dialogic card installed for them by professional PC service personnel. High Criteria has tested Dialogic cards with Phone-In Buddy and has achieved high quality results. Dialogic cards come with a 3 year limited warranty provided by Intel. Dialogic card problems identified within 2 weeks of purchase should be directed to High Criteria. Dialogic card problems identified after the initial 2-week period should be directed to Intel. If a user purchases a Dialogic card(s) from High Criteria and integrates it into their own PC, then the user takes responsibility for the proper installation of the card.
