Export or "Save As" a DCR recording file to other Formats

Introduction

A DCR file may be converted into a number of other file types including PDF (with the audio / video imbedded inside), an Audio CD, AVI, WMA or WMV, and WAV formats. The Post Recording Manager may be used to automatically convert the files or the Player program may be used to do the conversion.

The following screen captures show the Player Windows used to convert a DCR file to AVI, WMA or WMV and WAV formats.

Open an existing DCR file with the Player application. Then select File => Export. Alternatively, you may also Export to Audio CD or to PDF.
